Empowering the Mexican Church to Impact the Least-Reached

Empowering the Mexican Church to Impact the Least-Reached

PAOC global workers, Toni & Erin, equip and empower local leaders in Mexico for church planting, pastoral ministry, and missionary service, fulfilling the Acts 1:8 mandate to expand God’s Kingdom in Latin America and beyond.

In September 2025, they founded the Ebenezer Institute of Ministry Formation in Baja California, Mexico. Over the past eight months, Toni and Erin have been discipling 21 Mexican students through the Diploma in Ministry Formation and Leadership, the Institute’s inaugural program.

Ebenezer Institute exists to meet the urgent need for non-formal, contextualized theological education with an integral mission focus. By leveraging the Ministry Essentials Training Program (METP), the Institute provides practical training for those called to pastoral ministry, church planting, leadership, and missionary service, partnering together to expand God’s Kingdom throughout Latin America and the world.

PRAY for God to raise up Mexican leaders in Baja California (10% Evangelical) and Michoacán (1.1% Evangelical) to advance His Kingdom locally, among unreached people groups, and globally.

PRAY for God to guide the development of strong partnerships with local churches in Baja and mainland Mexico so leaders can be trained, equipped, and sent.

PRAY for God’s continued revelation, wisdom, and direction as Toni and Erin seek to walk in obedience and faith in the growth of Ebenezer Institute.

Specific request from Erin & Toni:
As they plan for 2026–2027, many current students hope to continue into a second year, new students are expressing interest, and opportunities for partnership and expansion are emerging across Mexico. Please join them in seeking the Lord’s direction as they discern next steps, and feel free to share what God lays on your heart.
