2025 IMPACT REPORT
Together We Can
Mission Global is strategically focused on impacting the lives of the
least reached and most vulnerable with the Gospel of Jesus Christ

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
“Pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions; your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.”

Around the world today churches, networks, and ministries are asking a shared question....
How can we work together—rather than separately—to see the Gospel reach everyone by 2033?
The 2033 goal of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship—of which we are a part—desires to present back to the Lord, two thousand years after the death and resurrection of Christ, one million churches worldwide.
We can accomplish this task by working together, and by sending our sons and daughters to the ends of the earth.
As I come to the end of my time as Executive Director for Mission Global, I am grateful that the missional DNA of the PAOC continues to grow from strength to strength.
We reach people all over the world – sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ primarily to those with little or no access to the Gospel.
We plant communities of authentic followers of Jesus – partnering with local believers to establish churches.
We equip and empower servant leaders – training and empowering them to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to their own communities.
We care for people – helping the most vulnerable to experience the tangible love of Jesus Christ.

We owe a great debt to the many workers and national partners, both past and present, who have served with all their heart, soul, mind and strength to advance the gospel and work with our Lord Jesus Christ as he builds his church.
And we owe a great debt to you, our Canadian constituency. Your generosity knows no bounds. Collectively in 2025, with Mission Global, ERDO (Emergency Relief & Development Overseas), RAN (Restricted Access Network) and Villages of Hope Africa, we invested tens of million of dollars in Kingdom work!
It is with thanksgiving and pride in our workers, our international partners, and our Canadian churches, that I conclude my service as the director of the mission endeavours of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.
I wish to thank all of you for your faithful partnership, incredible generosity, and your commitment to advancing the name of Jesus around the world. May God bless you.

IMPACT STORY
North India: Sam V.
In the heart of North India, faith continues to cost everything....
Yet, despite political restrictions and ongoing persecution, 42 newly supported church planters are boldly bringing hope and the light of the Gospel to least-reached communities.
Global worker Sam V. has partnered with local leaders to support these 42 church plants across 14 districts, providing monthly resources and mentorship to ensure each pastor is equipped to shepherd their growing congregations.
One inspiring story comes from a church planter, who saw God miraculously heal a woman in her village. This miracle not only restored her health but also drew her entire family into a new life with Christ. Today, they are active members of the local house church and serve alongside a local pastor in outreach efforts.
In another district, another church planter witnessed a Buddhist family come to faith after experiencing freedom from spiritual oppression through persistent prayer and the work of the Holy Spirit. The family’s transformation inspired their neighbors, and several more have since given their lives to Christ, joining the growing house church.

From January to December 2025, these church planters reported:
- 1,098 new people engaged in weekly worship and house gatherings
- 545 confirmed salvations through altar calls, healing meetings, and home visits
- 375 baptisms
These numbers tell a remarkable story of God’s faithfulness despite challenges—house churches continue to grow under political and financial constraints, with pastors ministering faithfully even without land or permanent buildings.
As 2026 begins, partnerships are expanding. Sam V., with the approval of local leadership, will oversee planting 10 more churches in North India through collaboration with four other agencies. Each new pastor will receive monthly support, empowering them to reach communities with the same vision: that people might know Jesus, follow Him, and be baptized into His family.
God is moving powerfully across North India, proving once again that where the call is strong, His provision is greater.

Global Programs

GlobalWorks
As we reflect on 2025, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to advance Kingdom impact through GlobalWorks.
Through BAM Canada, we deepened foundations, clarified our calling, strengthened leaders, and saw Business as Mission take firmer root across Canada with growing confidence.
Globally, we were invited to contribute to missional business gatherings in Poland, Cuba, and Cameroon. In June, we also participated in the Pentecostal World Conference, sharing about our Business for Transformation (B4T) Incubator and connecting with leaders from around the world who are eager to integrate business and mission.
We celebrated the completion of the eighth cohort of The Incubator’s Global Online (GO, formerly “Standard Model”). Four more entrepreneurial leaders were trained and launched to establish B4Ts among unreached peoples. The Distributed Model has been rebranded as “Partner to Mobilize” (P2M) and has launched a newly translated Spanish program. It was piloted in Costa Rica in partnership with Latin American sending agencies, expanding access and accelerating momentum.
These milestones reflect the growing influence of missional business as a catalyst for economic, social, and spiritual transformation. We remain committed to equipping and empowering leaders to live out God’s mission through business—in Canada and around the world.

GlobalEd
Our mandate is to equip the church to be fruitful in pursuit of the mission of God. The sense of urgency has resulted in new equipping solutions that expand equipping through non-formal training and strategies that support the whole church, not just clergy, to be equipped for ministry. As a result, GlobalEd is focused on:
Strengthening the fruitfulness of our international partner universities, seminaries and bible colleges.
Supporting those called to ministry through the Timothy Fund scholarship program
Growing the Ministry Essential Training Program; one of the most impactful non-formal global equipping strategies that is equipping thousands of church planters.
Developing programs for lay leaders in the church so that they are mobilized to serve on mission with God in their spheres of influence
Serving in leadership roles among the global Pentecostal family building on our legacy of excellence when it comes to equipping ministry.
By the grace of God, our sons and daughters are being equipped for impact and fruitfulness as they passionately engage the mission of God.
IMPACT STORY
Ethiopia: Jeremy Feller
In Ethiopia, the call of Matthew 9:37—“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few”—is being answered with remarkable momentum.
Over the past year, Addis Christian Life Assembly (ACLA) has experienced extraordinary growth across every area of its mission. What began as a steady movement has rapidly multiplied, as the number of global workers sent into the field nearly doubled—from 88 to 172—extending the reach of the Gospel into more communities than ever before.
This increase in laborers has led to a powerful spiritual harvest. From January to December, more than 7,670 individuals made the decision to follow Christ, and 2,800 were baptized—marking a significant rise in both evangelism and discipleship impact.
Church planting has also accelerated at an unprecedented pace. In 2025 alone, 398 new churches were established, a substantial increase from 220 the previous year. These new fellowships are becoming beacons of hope in regions where Gospel presence has been limited, creating space for continued growth, worship, and transformation.

Behind this expansion is a groundswell of generosity. Annual giving nearly doubled, strengthening ACLA’s ability to send, support, and sustain workers on the frontlines. With increased resources and a growing missionary force, the movement is positioned to go further and reach deeper in the years ahead.
This past year stands as a testament to God’s faithfulness—lives transformed, communities impacted, and the Church advancing with renewed strength.
As we step into 2026, the vision remains clear: to keep pressing forward in God’s mission.
We are raising up more workers, planting more churches, and seeing more lives changed by the power of the Gospel across Ethiopia.

2025 Reports
Integrated Charities

Villages of Hope Africa
In 2025, with God’s guidance and the faithful dedication of local staff and partners, Villages of Hope Africa (VOH Africa) continued to bring hope, healing, and the love of Jesus to vulnerable children across its growing network of Safe Centres. Now operating twelve Centres in five sub-Saharan African countries, VOH remains committed to caring for the whole child—meeting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through education, healthcare, nutrition, and discipleship.
This year marked meaningful growth as VOH expanded into new communities through a partnership with Child Care Ministries Zimbabwe, establishing Centres in Bulawayo and Tsholotsho. VOH also continued its impactful work alongside Under the Same Sun, providing protection, care, and advocacy for children with albinism in Tanzania and Zambia.
Child safeguarding remains central to every program, alongside the continued development of VOH’s Child Advocacy Program, equipping communities to protect and value every child. In Lusaka, Zambia, VOH leaders gathered to prayerfully seek God’s direction for the future, exploring innovative tools like School in a Box and trauma-informed care practices.
As VOH looks ahead, there is great anticipation for what God will continue to do—reaching thousands more children with not just essential care, but lasting hope in Christ.

Emergency Relief and Development (ERDO)
In 2025, the world became even more fragile. Acute food insecurity rose to 318 million people, increasing rapidly since the COVID-19 pandemic, while humanitarian funding declined worldwide. As governments reduced support for health clinics, schools, and refugee programs, ERDO and our partners continued to help fill these growing gaps, responding to hunger, conflict, and disaster through the local church.
In 2025, your partnership enabled ERDO to minister to 288,426 people across 40 countries through 105 projects.
Notably, we responded to extreme hunger in conflict areas. In Yemen and Sudan, where active warfare has become commonplace, we helped provide vulnerable families with a monthly food pack for six months to ensure continuous access to food.
In war-torn Ukraine, we continue to meet the needs of families through our local partners, strengthening the local church’s role in supporting those who are suffering and providing a place of hope.
Additionally, we partnered with Canadian churches to support even more children around the world through our ChildCARE Plus sponsorship program, helping ensure children have access to healthcare, education, and the opportunity to learn about Jesus.
Thank you for trusting us to continue serving alongside the global church as it cares for communities in need.

RAN Network
In 2025, 46 RAN global workers faithfully followed Jesus in challenging environments where expressing Christian faith can be viewed as hostile or culturally subversive. Yet even in these places, people—including neighbours, business contacts, refugees, and those marginalized by society—are seeking the hope our workers carry. God’s Spirit continues to move, connecting spiritual hunger with the truth that brings life.
In Asia, the first cohort of trainees rescued from human trafficking graduated from a school established by a RAN worker. Through partnerships with Business for Transformation initiatives, graduates are stepping into employment, moving toward restored dignity, freedom, and the opportunity to encounter Jesus.
In Central Asia, a historic milestone is near: the first-ever Christian Education Curriculum for the Persian Church is approaching completion. Written and developed by RAN workers, this resource will help disciple the next generation amid a growing movement of Persian people turning to Christ.
In North Africa, national believers gained access to a long-unreached nomadic community by meeting practical needs. This has opened doors to share biblical principles on family life and introduce the hope of Jesus.
During a prayer walk in another North African community, a team encountered deep spiritual oppression. Just one week later, three people were baptized there—the first known believers.
RAN continues to mobilize and deploy disciple-makers among the world’s least-reached, trusting God to bring transformation where the gospel is scarcely known.
IMPACT STORY
South Asia: Murray Cornelius
In a country in South Asia, the Church is growing in quiet but powerful ways.
Despite significant persecution and social pressure, believers from Muslim backgrounds are courageously choosing to follow Jesus, forming resilient communities of faith.
Over the past four years, 540 house churches have been established, bringing the hope of the Gospel to communities with little previous access. Through the Ministry Essentials Training Program (METP), 40 leaders have been equipped to shepherd these congregations, ensuring sustainable growth and discipleship.

More than 20,000 Bibles have been distributed, placing God’s Word directly into the hands of new believers. In 2025 alone, nearly 200 individuals were baptized—an encouraging sign of continued transformation despite ongoing challenges.
Practical needs are also being met. Through ERDO-sponsored wells, clean water has been provided to communities, demonstrating the love of Christ in tangible ways.
As persecution continues to impact families and leaders, Mission Global has partnered with local leaders to secure a safe training site—creating space for equipping, encouragement, and protection.
Even in the face of opposition, the Church is growing—steadfast, resilient, and full of faith.

Middle East: Murray Cornelius
Far from home, millions of migrant workers are building lives in the Middle East under extremely difficult conditions.
Many have left their families behind in search of provision, carrying both the weight of responsibility and the cost of separation.
Through trusted partnerships, Mission Global is helping reach over 2 million of these workers. On a recent visit, the realities were stark: up to 70 men living in a single compound, with as many as 12 sharing one room and limited access to sanitation. In the midst of this, one young man humbly said, “Please don’t judge us.”
Despite these hardships, they work tirelessly, saving what they can to support their families back home—many having lived this way for years.
Yet even here, God is at work.

Mission Global is partnering to place Audio Bibles into the hands of migrant workers, giving them access to the Gospel in a personal and discreet way.
As they listen, lives are being touched, and some have chosen to follow Jesus—beginning a journey of faith in the most unlikely of places.
In the margins of society, among the unseen and overlooked, the message of Christ is taking root—bringing hope across borders and into hearts longing for truth.
Even in the most unlikely places, God is moving—reminding us that no environment is too difficult, and no life is beyond His reach.

Global Impact Care Report
In 2025, Mission Global’s Global Worker (GW) Care ministry continued to build on a strong and growing foundation, with a focus on faithfully supporting and equipping our global workers and their families. This year has been marked not only by the introduction of meaningful new initiatives, but also by a steady commitment to strengthening existing care structures that serve those sent out from our PAOC family.
A key area of development was a three-part webinar series. These sessions addressed important topics such as spiritual, cultural, and compassion fatigue, real challenges faced by many serving cross-culturally. While participation varied, the content provided practical encouragement and tools for resilience in ministry contexts.
We also prioritized ongoing training and connection. Participation in and connection with other organizations involved in member care and training has further strengthened our capacity to care well, ensuring that our global workers receive informed, holistic support. In addition, regular check-ins, informal debriefs, and in-person connections have helped maintain strong relational ties with those on the field.
Care has been expressed in practical and personal ways throughout the year, walking with individuals and families through seasons of grief, illness, transition, and celebration. These expressions reflect our commitment as a PAOC community to stand with our workers, not only in their ministry, but in their lives.
Supporting Third Culture Kids (TCKs) remains a vital priority. Through retreats, seasonal initiatives, and ongoing encouragement, we continue to invest in the well-being of our workers' kids, recognizing their unique experiences and needs.
As Mission Global continues to send and support workers among the least reached, GW Care remains committed to ensuring they are not only sent well, but sustained well, through the faithful partnership of our PAOC family.

IMPACT STORY
North Africa
Across North Africa, a quiet yet bold movement of faith is taking root.
In partnership with local leaders, workers have been sent into at least four nations to cross cultural boundaries and make disciples among unreached communities.
These workers are serving faithfully among vulnerable and marginalized populations, bringing the hope of Christ to places where the Gospel is rarely heard. In each context, they are planting churches, equipping local leaders, and establishing new communities of faith that can grow and thrive on their own.

Through these partnerships, God is using ordinary men and women to accomplish extraordinary things—reaching the least reached, breaking down cultural barriers, and offering hope to those who have long been overlooked.
Even in challenging environments, the message of Jesus is spreading across North Africa in ways that are both sustainable and transformative.

Mission Global Financial Report
We are so grateful to our churches and individual partners who support the collective efforts of the Mission Global family ofcharities, especially in a year when the PAOC changed the financial system for many of our missional entities.
The opportunity to join God in what He is doing around the world, particularly among the least reached and most vulnerable, is not just afforded to global workers or international partners. Those who give and pray are an essential part in the transformation story.
Together, ERDO, VOH, RAN and Mission Global-PAOC have much to be grateful for. Collectively, the donations received in 2025 thankfully reveal a return to giving levels of previous years and a recovery from the lower revenue realized in 2024. Through the PAOC, Mission Global realized its highest revenue yet, at almost $21.4 million. The revenue against expenditures in 2025, across all four integrated charities, exhibits good fiscal responsibility of leadership and global workers alike.
Thanks to donors, as we look at the resources released to ministry globally, there is a great story of God’s faithfulness and generous partners to advance the kingdom.
Thank you.
