Corruption has a devastating impact on institutions, companies, and countries. In light of this, I will be developing teams of dynamic and influential leaders who will be able to lead their companies, institutions, and countries with a focus on integrity. These leaders of integrity will become the yeast that raises the quality and character in their spheres of influence. I will be partnering with CLI - Commissioning a Lifestyle of Integrity. CLI enters a country upon invitation; many of these invitations are coming from national campus ministry organizations. CLI is already working in Kenya, Zambia, and Sierra Leone. We have received invitations from leaders in other countries. In response to one of those invitations, I will spearhead a new effort in Ghana and travel there in October to lay the groundwork.
I am the Pastor of Converge Community Church in Winnipeg, which is located on the doorstep of University of Manitoba Campus. I started Converge in 2014 and My wife Tammy is a Mission Canada worker at the University. She started the student ministry Segue in 2010. Through the years we have had the privilege to ministry with many students from a variety of background at both the church and campus ministry. After 16 years of Campus Ministry, we can safely say that Campus ministry is Global Ministry. I see the opportunity to join CLI as an extension of our current ministries and will build a synergistic relationship between the ministries both in Canada and around the world.
