And because he was a tentmaker as they were, he stayed and worked with them.

In Acts 18, when The Apostle Paul arrived in Corinth, travelling from city to city planting churches, he did something uncommon for a spiritual leader—instead of just preaching in the synagogue he worked with his hands, as a tentmaker among the people.

Paul’s trade became more than just a way to support himself. It opened doors to communities, built trust, and created space for discipleship.

Enterprise wasn’t separate from Paul’s ministry—it was an integral part of it.

WHY

Today, across many nations, young leaders need to follow a similar path in order to gain access to those communities that are at the centre of our strategic focus, the least reached and the most vulnerable ...

Challenging economic conditions require a rethink of what it looks like to be in ‘full time ministry’ and the kind of equipping we provide for those called to be on mission with God.

In addition to theological and ministry skills, ministry leaders need equipping that builds enterprise skills.
