Churches and leaders in Canada and around the world are seeking support as they navigate the challenges of a volatile world, impacting both their personal lives and their ministry work. A key question they face is how to respond to God’s call and mission in the midst of adversity and shifting cultural landscapes.
We focus on 4 main things:
1. I (Leanne) lead ZOE Network. Through a biblical discipleship program and the power of Holy Spirit, we empower and activate women and men into the life God invites them to. Through ZOE partnerships with other Mission Global workers, we work to support and empower vulnerable women around the globe.
2. I (Darcy) serve as the Development and Communications Director for Mission Global. In this role our focus is to connect the Canadian church to God’s mission globally – particularly through Mission Global.
3. Together, we teach on marriage globally through courses, seminars, and prayer ministry.
4. Additionally, we both coach and mentor young leaders to live Spirit-filled, fruitful lives
We said "yes" to missions in 1990, but it took time for God to open the door internationally. In the meantime, we pastored in Surrey, Terrace, Langley, and Fort Langley. From 1996 to 2007, I (Darcy) served as the District Next Gen Director for B.C./Yukon. During that period, we launched a mission apprenticeship and discipleship program, as well as hosted retreats overseas for young global workers. In 2007, we joined Mission Global, where I (Darcy) served as the Personnel and Family Life Director, and I (Leanne) founded ZOE Network. In 2019, after 29 years, we said "yes" to serving in Asia while also expanding ZOE. In late 2024, I (Darcy) accepted the Development and Communications role with Mission Global. Both of us hold a Master of Arts in Leadership, are certified coaches, and I (Darcy) am a Birkman Consultant.
