I am a self-employed Tool and Die Maker. I attended Bible college in my youth and been an active member of my Church which included various short term overseas mission trips. I saw communities that received a lot of outside help but had no way of getting themselves out of poverty due to lack of local work and industry. I recognized in Guyana the potential to change that. Outside investment in the oil industry is growing, but the place lacks the skilled labour to meet the needs. As someone with experience and willingness to teach, I can help bridge that gap and offer hope.
Pray that we find sponsors or funding to equip a fully functioning machine shop, enabling my host Global Workers, Amar & Nadi Ram, and their local church to expand their capacity to provide practical job-skills training, mentorship, and discipleship for at-risk youth.
