Heart Prague Church is a vibrant, Spirit-led international church planting movement in the heart of Europe. As the church expands with new campuses, pastoral interns or ministry couples are needed to serve in preaching, discipleship, outreach, and pastoral care. Ideal candidates are passionate about Jesus, eager to learn, and ready for cross-cultural ministry. Located in Prague, Czechia, this hands-on role offers a rich opportunity for growth and impact in a thriving international community.
Purpose
Join Heart Prague Church as a Pastoral Intern or Ministry Couple! Are you passionate about church planting, discipleship, and serving in an international community? Heart Prague is growing, and we need dedicated pastoral interns and couples to join us in this exciting season of expansion! Why Join Us? Growing Ministry: In 2024, we launched a new campus, and in 2025, we plan to open another! We’ve also been invited to help lead another church in need of support. International Community: Serve alongside believers from diverse cultures in the heart of Europe. Hands-On Experience: Preaching, discipleship, outreach, pastoral care, and church leadership development. Spirit-Led Ministry: Be part of a church that values prayer, evangelism, and the work of the Holy Spirit.

Who We’re Looking For: Passionate about Jesus and the local church. Willing to serve, lead, and learn. Open to cross-cultural ministry. Committed to a season of growth and impact. Location: Prague, Czechia.
Support
Our Missions Global team will walk with you along the way – from application to deployment. Training, administrative support and mission coaching will be provided, along with assistance for promotional and fundraising efforts.
