Ministry Internships

GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY

Serve alongside Heart Prague, a multicultural, Spirit-filled church reaching people in one of Europe’s most secular and post-Christian contexts. This internship offers Bible college students and emerging leaders hands-on ministry experience in discipleship, evangelism, leadership development, and church life while engaging diverse cultural backgrounds in Prague. Opportunities include young adults, university, youth, children’s, worship, and church planting ministries. Ideal participants are adaptable, teachable, servant-hearted followers of Jesus who desire to grow spiritually, develop ministry skills, and explore a potential long-term calling to ministry or global missions in Europe.

Purpose

Serve alongside Heart Prague, a multicultural, Spirit-filled church ministering in one of Europe’s most secular and post-Christian contexts. Through an internship, Bible college students and emerging leaders will gain hands-on ministry experience while exploring what it means to live missionally in the heart of Europe

Interns will be immersed in local church life, discipleship, evangelism, and leadership development while engaging with people from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds. Opportunities are available in young adults and university ministry, teens ministry, kids ministry, worship ministry, and church planting initiatives in Prague and beyond.

This internship is designed to help participants grow spiritually, develop ministry skills, and discern a possible long-term calling to ministry or global missions in Europe.

Skills

This opportunity is ideal for adaptable, teachable followers of Jesus who are eager to serve in a cross-cultural environment. Interns should have a heart for people, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow in leadership and Spirit-led ministry.

Previous ministry experience is helpful but not required. A servant-hearted attitude, spiritual maturity, and openness to learning in a European ministry context are most important.
